After Amanda Bynes was seen wandering the streets alone and in her underwear, a mental health team put her on psychiatric hold.

Amanda was saw walking around downtown Los Angeles early on Sunday morning, according to a witness who spoke to TMZ.

According to the source, Amanda flagged a car down and informed the driver that she was coming to following the psychosis. Then Amanda made her own 911 call.

Law officers reportedly transported the 36-year-old to a neighboring police station. Her need for a 5150 psych detention was determined by a mental health staff there.

According to sources, Amanda didn't appear to have been wounded during the experience. They also disclosed that given the location of where she was discovered, things may have gone considerably worse.

According to a second source close to the She's the Man actress, Amanda Bynes is currently in the hospital. She would probably stay in care for a few more days than the standard 72 hours, they noted.
